How to Apply Sprayed on Bedliner

We used SEM sprayed on bed liner to the inside of this Jeep. This is really an easy process and it looks great. In this tutorial we are going to show you the steps we took to prepare and apply the sprayed on bed liner.

Step 1: Properly Clean

Step 2: Sand to Provide Mechanical Adhesion

Step 3: Scuff Hard to Get Areas

Step 4: Clean Dust

Step 5: Mask

Step 6: Wipe Clean with SEM Solvent

Step 7: Prime Bare Metal and Sand

Step 8: Mix Bedliner and Catalyst

Step 9: Adjust Spray Gun

Step 10: Apply Bed Liner

Step 11: Unmask

And You're Done
